''Very informative session, received well by everyone. Key points for me are giving the stress bucket a name makes it easier to visualise, controlled breathing has a positive impact after just few breaths and understanding that there is a physical reason for our mental state.
It was very relevant for today’s workplace.''

''Each week, after a few days clicking away for hours at a PC or standing at a
conference, a yoga session is wonderful, regular opportunity for ‘putting the
body and mind to rights’ in harmony. It becomes an oasis, a time to repair and
realign.
Yoga can be used to relax or energise, strengthen specific body areas or improve
weak/problem areas. So attending weekly over a period of time gives a sense of
the many benefits of yoga and enables you to build up a self-help repertoire to
use between sessions.
Also Adele is a helpful, knowledgeable and (most
importantly!) adaptive facilitator who can provide a bespoke programme for you
to take away for individual work on sports training, muscle problems etc.
Although postures are mainly solitary and a class in session quiet, the start and finish
of a class is an opportunity for like-minded colleagues to catch up and a sense
of camaraderie usually develops over time.
No-one is ever made to feel weak or inflexible because we are encouraged to work to our
own limits, so everyone benefits and succeeds. ''

"It helps to de-stress and relax after a
hard day of meetings, I have also found it is helping to prolong my football
playing (a lot less hamstring injuries).''
